Clayton Christensen is the Robert and Jane Cizik Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School with a joint appointment in the Technology & Operations Management and General Management faculty groups.  His first book, The Innovator’s Dilemma discusses his theory of disruptive theory. 

Clayton Christensen holds his B.A. with highest honors at Bingham Young University.  He later became a Rhodes Scholar in 1977 studying econometrics and the economics of less-developed countries.  He eventually earned his MBA at Harvard Business School.
